Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting a request on the website https://pinfuli.ru through the "Discuss Your Project" form, the individual, acting freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, provides their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") by Limited Liability Company "PFL" (OGRN 1237700582283, INN 7708423207, info@pinfuli.ru), which owns the website https://pinfuli.ru and is registered at 107031, Moscow, intra-city territory of the Meshchansky Municipal District, Kuznetsky Most Street, Building 21/5, under the following conditions:

1.This Consent is provided for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools.

2.The Consent is provided for the processing of the following personal data: personal data not related to special categories of personal data or biometric personal data: email address (e-mail); name; mobile phone number.

3.The purpose of processing personal data: discussing the terms of potential cooperation, preparing a commercial proposal for the purpose of concluding a contract.

4.The following actions will be performed with the personal data during processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

5.Third parties processing personal data on behalf of LLC "PFL" for the purpose specified in this Consent:

6.Personal data will be processed for 30 days from the moment of refusal to further discuss potential cooperation or from the moment of the decision to conclude a contract for the project in accordance with Part 4 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, whichever occurs first.

7.The Consent may be revoked by you or your representative by sending a written or electronic statement to LLC "PFL," signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.

8.In the event of revocation of the Consent by you or your representative, LLC "PFL" may continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

9.This Consent is valid until the termination of personal data processing in the cases specified in clauses 6 and 7 of this Consent.
